Students will practice the discovery, critical evaluation and reporting of information, as well as reading and writing effectively. To be accepted toward this requirement at CSULB, the transfer course must be approved for upper division general education credit at the campus offering the course. Wherever appropriate, the content of courses should include examples of the relationship of human and cultural diversity to the subject matter.
